Gosh Fill Sharbati is a sweet dish which is enjoyed during the festival of Eid in Afghan! It looks like petals and leafs. You will drain with sweetness of the petals in every bite! This is a unique recipe and it not so famous in India. But after making it I would suggest everyone to try this. It tastes delicious and super sweet! Thank Me Later!
For Chashni (Sugar Syrup):
Sugar - 1 cup
water - 1/2 cup
Lemon - 1/4 pc
Saffron - 10-12 threads

For Gosh Petals:
Eggs - 2 pcs
Oil - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
